Tsimettas Technical Office, based in Rhodes, handles building permits, operating licenses for food-and-hospitality venues, topographic surveys of every type, 3D surveys, construction-site safety coordination, and the end-to-end design and construction of residences across the Dodecanese.
Konstantinos Tsimettas, Graduate Civil Engineer (T.E.), works personally on every file — from the survey and permit to supervision and handover. A recent project: the design and construction of a 28-furnished-residence complex.
