Contact & assessment
You describe the project. We assess the scope, the requirements and any likely obstacles.
In the first conversation we record what you want to do, on which plot or building, and on what timeline. We explain in plain terms what the regulations allow for your case and what the realistic options are — before you take on any commitment.

Study & permit file
We prepare the structural study and assemble the complete permit file.
We produce the structural study in line with current regulations and gather every required document and drawing. We coordinate with the architect and the other consultants so the file is complete and consistent from the outset.

Submission & approval
We submit to the planning authority and follow through to approval.
We submit the file to the competent authority and track its progress. We respond to any official queries and keep you informed at every stage, so there are no surprises on the way to approval.

Supervision & certification
We supervise construction and issue the certificates you need.
During construction we check compliance against the study and document the critical stages. Where needed, we issue the energy certificate and the remaining required documents, so the project closes correctly and lawfully.
